The hotel has a fitness center, in-door swimming pool, sauna, spa, and provides thick and fluffy bathrobes.

One aspect that could be improved is the quality of the food offerings at the club level, which can be oily and fatty.

Luxurious amenities, including a refreshing indoor swimming pool and well-equipped Spa center made my stay here truly magnificent. The full body massage was beyond amazing and the spa lounge was tranquil and serene. The restaurant and bar area served delicious breakfasts and dinners with private facilities that added an exclusive touch. The location is unbeatable, with amazing views that stole my breath away every morning.

I only had a minor issue with the lack of live entertainment or leisure/TV room in this hotel. However, the impeccable service and friendly staff more than made up for it.

The location of this hotel is very convenient as it's close to the railway station and easily accessible from both train stations. Additionally, the hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained, and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the river from my room.

Enjoyed my Easter stay at this hotel with amazing river views and spacious rooms. The buffet breakfast was impressive and offered a wide range of hot and cold foods, including Japanese and continental European dishes. The location was good, close to the town centre and tourist attractions.

The lack of variety in dining options was a disappointment and the food choices were not up to par with the international service provided by the hotel. Additionally, the prices for food and beverage were on the expensive side.

The Crowne Plaza in Zhenjiang offers friendly staff, a wide variety of tasty dishes in the buffet, exceptional service, new and well-designed facilities, and the ability to bypass internet firewalls.

The hotel offered great amenities including a gym and a pool. The location was ideal with many local restaurants and shops within walking distance. the hotel provided transportation to and from the airport which made my travels much easier.

The check-in process took longer than expected and there were some issues with my room key not working. The overall decor of the hotel was outdated and could use a modern update.
